Working With Me

What industries do you work with?

I’ve worked with ecommerce, SaaS, travel, finance, health, and professional services brands though I’m happy to support businesses in almost any industry. My approach is data-driven and adaptable, so it can be tailored to your market.

Do you work with small businesses as well as larger brands?

Yes, I do. I’ve supported everything from solo entrepreneurs to global brands. Whether you need a one-off audit or long-term strategic guidance, I’ll build an approach that fits your size and resources.

Do you work with other agencies or internal teams?

Yes! I often collaborate with in-house marketing teams, web developers, and agencies. My goal is to complement your existing resources and help you get the best results.

Do you offer one-off projects or only retainers?

Both. Some clients work with me on a project basis (e.g. a migration audit or help with a specific issue), while others prefer ongoing monthly support.

My Process & Approach

What does a typical project look like?

It starts with a discovery call where we discuss your goals, challenges, and priorities. From there, I’ll outline a recommended approach, whether that’s an audit, strategy, training, or ongoing optimisation and provide a clear plan of action.

How do you measure success?

Success depends on your goals, but typically we look at organic visibility, traffic quality, engagement, and conversions. I focus on metrics that actually matter to your business, not vanity numbers. It’s key for me to know what matters to your business, so I can report on KPIs that make an impact.

What tools do you use?

The majority of the data I review, is your real time user data. But to support that, I use industry-standard tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Also Asked. Reports are clear and actionable so you know what’s happening and why.

Location & Availability

Do you work remotely?

Yes. My work is delivered remotely, which means I can work with businesses across the UK and internationally. This also applies to any SEO training, all is delivered online making accessibility easier.

How soon can you start a project?

Availability varies, but I can usually start within 4-6 weeks. For urgent projects (like migrations or sudden ranking drops), I’ll try to prioritise where possible. Please contact me to discuss availability

What Do You Charge?

How do you price your services?

Pricing depends on the size of your website, complexity of the work, and the type of support you need. After an initial consultation, I’ll provide a clear, tailored quote with no hidden costs, before work starts.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum commitment is required for audits or training.

Ongoing retainers typically start from three months, to give time for recommendations to be implemented and take effect.

General SEO

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO is a long-term strategy. You’ll usually start to see changes within a few weeks, but meaningful results often take 3 to 6 months, depending on competition, industry, and current performance.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Search results depend on many factors outside any consultant’s control, the landscape itself has transformed in a matter of months.

Instead, I focus on best practices, sustainable strategies, and measurable growth.

Do I need to keep doing SEO once my site starts performing well?

Yes. SEO isn’t a one-off task. Competitors, algorithms, and search behaviour change constantly. Ongoing optimisation ensures you maintain visibility and continue to grow.
